Community Countdown
Our Community Challenge is a fast-paced, time-driven, interative event, that involves the whole team, through a series of challenges.
Why?
This challenge is a fast moving, simple and tangible way of supporting the local community, whilst involving the whole team in an interactive challenge, focused around core team traits.
How it Works
Teams are required to create their own individual gift box for a local child or group of children in need, these are identified by a local charity project. The gift box will contain some essential items required for the recipients.
This activity has enormous time pressure, a clock will be counting down the time throughout, with constant reminders and what is not won or bought is returned to the supplier and not donated to the charity.
Typical Team Challenges
Quickdraw:Communicating with the rest of the team a word or phrase associated with the overall theme of the meeting or the business values as well as more traditional words.
Safe: Solving the clues will reveal the combination to open the safe and reveal the reward.
Into Intro: Fun music quiz, teams need to name the song and artist just by listening to the introduction.
Traffic Jam: Two teams work together to overcome a problem where each team member is the obstacle.
Brand Recall: Identifying well known brands recognised for excellent customer service.
Grey Matter: MENSA style questions
9 Fruits: A customer service challenge based on building a robust process throughout the supply chain, using fruit or balls.

Teams will be provided with a brief that is created in association with the charity, this brings the activity in to perspective, teams are competing for real change within their community.
All items required will be on sale or available to win. Teams can earn money or prizes by completing a combination of cerebral and fun challenges.
The Community Shop will provide the teams with all the provisions required for the teams to complete the challenge, including the goods, boxes, cards and labels.
