Always striving for more here at O3e, our latest team building challenge not only gifts to charity at the end, but also engages charity right at conception!

We are thrilled to announce yet another partnership with Barnardo's, working with their Neet's youngsters (Not in Employment, Education or Training).

Our On Board challenge brings the cool of skating to the CSR and team building world of corporates, delivering huge mutual gains.

Your teams get to build and apply their creative skills to brand new skateboards, which are then gifted to charity.

However, before you even receive the decks (base boards), Barnardo’s NEET’s youngsters (Not in Education, Employment or Training) will have been in a workshop building the decks, which involves being trained to adhere the

various different deck layers and to use the equipment to shape them.

A wonderful project, set up jointly between O3e and Barnardo’s, which looks to focus these young individuals and teach them new skills.
