Use your team building event to improve your team's communication and productivity, whilst building performance wheelchairs for Invictus Athletes, supporting positive mental and physical health through sport and team building. A unique and highly rewarding event for your team and the veterans you support.
At O3e, we have something quite special - the ability to build and donate performance wheelchairs to injured and sick servicemen and women through the power of team building.

In 2015, our Performance Wheelchair team building challenge, enabled us to donate 31 performance wheelchairs to charities such as Help for Heroes and SSAFA.
While in April this year we had the privilege of working with Help For Heroes servicemen and women in Colchester, on their own Performance Wheelchair team building Challenge - an experience donated by Baxalta and Prudential.
The Invictus Games, running from 8th May to 12th May, supports wounded, injured and sick Servicemen and women.
Through the power of sport, they inspire recovery and support both physical and mental rehabilitation.
Carolyne Dufley, an Invictus athlete and someone we have been fortunate enough to work directly with on a performance wheelchair team build, has made this inspirational short video, which succinctly explains the positive impact that sport has had on her recovery. Her words in the video are very powerful, "Sport's helped massively in my recovery....."
You and your team have the ability and opportunity to ensure more veterans like Carolyne can benefit from the physical and mental benefits of participating sport, and the team building ability it affords to them.
But this isn't a one-way relationship. You aren't just delivering benefits to the ex service men and women. A performance wheelchair team building challenge, is almost definitely going to be the most inspirational and motivational 3 hours your team have ever spent. It will deliver above and beyond the usual team building benefits. Your team will be highly motivated, highly collaborative and highly productive.
