1. Social Legacy

What did your team do for your local community? Supporting the local community brings your team together and gives them a real sense of purpose over and above the day job. A sure way to build a motivated and engaged team.

2. Environmental Impact

How did your#carshare, bike to work, walk to work challenge go? How many 'car miles' were saved in 2016? Make your team feel seriously proud, motivated and competitive about their challenge! 3. Engagement

Measuring your employee's engagement has many positive impacts. Firstly, if you know you're measuring it, you'll strive harder to engage those employees, which can only lead to great intentions and activities. Secondly, highly engaged employees are less likely to leave, more likely to be motivated, they take less sick days and generally perform much better for your company when it comes to the bottom line. O3e's Impact

By the end of 2016, we estimate our social impact this year to be: 400 Bikes, 2 disability trikes, 20 performance wheelchairs and much more to many charities across the UK and beyond. But what does this really mean?

Well, it means a bike with an adapted handle for a physically disabled child, who can now go riding with his friends, it means

4 new children can now attend the Hertfordshire Hub and play basketball wheelchair, it means

a Barnardo's temporary housing young adult can commute to work, it means many teenagers facing cancer now have bikes for rehabilitation.

It means much, much more - and these aren't just our legacies? Oh no - each and every client of ours has enabled these and therefore shares these legacies!

And how motivated, engaged and committed does that make our O3e team (& yours)? EXTREMELY MOTIVATED!
